Following thirteen years working as a senior academic with Anglia Ruskin University (ARU), including three years as a Head of Department within the Business School, David joined ARU London as a senior lecturer and academic adviser in 2007.
He filled the role of Executive Director and Dean at the College from 2010 and has been Principal since 2012.
After a decade in the accountancy profession, culminating in several years as a Group Accountant, David has led several educational organisations through substantive change including delivering a 30% improvement in departmental productivity at ARU, transforming a failing primary school as Chairman of Governors, and re-launching an academic community (ACIPFAL/JFMPS). David has been recognised by his professional body (CIPFA) for services to education.
Ravi Gill, FCCA, Chairman
Chairman of ARU London, Ravi Gill, FCCA, has been offering the benefit of his accounting experience - academic as well as professional - to aspiring accountancy and business studies students for some 25 years. His teaching experience has been initially in the public sector where as ACCA course director he pioneered weekend revision courses for the corporate market. He then moved into the private sector where he founded a highly successful private college.
Ravi later went on to start the London College of Accountancy which is an internationally renowned private college.Under his stewardship the College has gained two Queen's Awards for Enterprise, the first in 2006 and more recently in 2010. On his travels abroad it is no surprise that he has met so many LCA students who proudly acknowledge their success and indebtedness. He has overseen many changes in LCA, none bigger than its adoption into the Anglia Ruskin University family as ARU London.

Charles spent a number of years working within the Aviation and Financial sectors before transitioning into the Education sector. A qualified lecturer, he holds postgraduate degrees in International Marketing and Education Management and is a member of both the Chartered Institute of Marketing and the Market Research Society. Charles has considerable lecturing experience at undergraduate, postgraduate and professional programme levels at institutions including the University of London and the University of Essex where he is currently an External Examiner. Charles has spent many years contributing at senior levels in higher education and maintains a keen interest in improving the pedagogical experience of students.

Sanja joined ARU London in August 2015 as a Senior Lecturer in Legal Method and Skills. Sanja progressed to be the Course Leader for LLB (Law), BSc Law and Accounting, and BSc Business and Law. In 2018 Sanja became the Director of Studies for ARU London.

Following a 15 year career in NHS hospital management, culminating with 5 years in a senior position he then was requested to join a division of the Department of Health as a national advisor and author on Healthcare Management and part time course team member for the collaboration between the professional body – Institute of Healthcare Management – and the Open University.
This role was eventually fully transferred to the university sector and Phil moved with it as Programme Manager material author and international tutor.
In autumn 2013 Phil joined ARU London as a Principal Lecturer and in the autumn of 2014 became the Academic Director.
He is also a Blue Badge tourist guide for his home city & Treasurer for a local charity – roles he continues to date.

Makayla Whyte, Academic Director (Undergraduate Courses)
Makayla is a committed course leader for both of our Tourism and Hospitality degree programmes.
Her motivation to teach stems from her own career experience, following two decades of professional work within the tourism and hospitality industries, together with knowledge drawn from directing a company providing training for the aviation sector. Makayla is still active in the industry as a freelance hotel inspector, working with tour operators who require information on service levels, customer experience, branding, hygiene, food and beverage operations and the facilities within the property.
As a result of Makayla's professional background and teaching experience, commercial practice is effectively combined with educational pedagogy which affords students the opportunity to achieve both their educational aspirations and employment goals.

Sandie Deshpa, CIM Dip, CAM Dip, PgDMS, Executive MBA
Sandie has extensive industry experience of over 21 years, working in the Strategic and Operations Management functions.
He has worked for multinational companies to include BAT, Sears and Pepsi Cola Inc. and the last 12 years in the capacity of a senior manager/country manager.
In 2000, Sandie made a career transition to the education sector and has taught in various colleges and Universities, within and outside UK. He joined ARUL in Jan 2014 as an associate lecturer.
Sandie’s background and experience of working in diverse industries and environments provides him with a unique platform to simplify and enhance theoretical concepts by relating them to his past endeavors and commercial experiences.
Ashley Cooke, FCIPS, MBA
A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply, Ashley Cooke held a range of senior managerial positions in supply chain and logistics in the semi-conductor industry before entering academia.
He has held senior academic positions at Anglia Ruskin University, has served as a Panel Tutor for the Institute of Continuing Education at the University of Cambridge and has consulted on behalf of the UK Sector Skills Body for Enterprise. Ashley also established Anglia Ruskin University's 3rd Sector Future which offers training, mentoring and courses of study for charities and social enterprises.

Andrew Johnson is the module leader and core lecturer in Cross-Cultural Leadership and Developing Human Resources.
He served in the British Army for 24 years as a senior rank, leading hundreds of soldiers of various nationalities on high-tempo operations across the globe. He served 4 years as a leadership instructor at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst whilst producing and delivering the Security Sector Reform Roadmap for the Basra City Division of the Iraqi Police Service. Upon retiring from the military, he studied for an MBA at Staffordshire University. Andrew then became a manager in the Public Sector and a Chairman in the Education and Charity Sectors. He owns several small businesses and is currently the Managing Director of 'From The Front Consultancy Ltd.' In his spare time, Andrew enjoys long distance running and writing his very own historical fiction novels.

Dr. Russell Kabir completed his PhD degree from Middlesex University in 2014 on climate change and human health in Bangladesh.
He completed his MSc Research Methods from the same university in 2011 and also obtained a MSc on Public Health in 2008 from North South University, Bangladesh. His principal research interests lie in the areas of: epidemiologic and demographic research, environment and population, statistical modeling of health outcomes and interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary public health research. Dr Kabir has 6 years of teaching experience both at undergraduate and postgraduate level in the UK. Furthermore, he has the experience of working as a Public Health researcher both at international and national organisations and also universities. He has several journal publications and has attended various national and international conferences. He has received advanced training on different statistical programmes like SPSS, STATA and Minitab. Dr Kabir is also a member of International Epidemiological Association and British Society for Population Studies.

Dr. Alessandro Spano holds a PhD in law (KCL), an MA in Advanced European Studies (College of Europe, Natolin) and a degree in law (Paris X Nanterre).
Dr. Spano is currently Researcher at the Centre of Commercial Law at the Faculty of Laws of University College London (UCL) where he lecturers, as a Module Convenor, a series of law subjects in the LLB and LLM Programmes (see: https://iris.ucl.ac.uk/iris/browse/profile?upi=ASPAN52).
Dr. Spano is also Research Fellow at the Centre of European Law at King's College London and Fellow at the Asian Institute of International Financial Law at the University of Hong Kong. From 2009 to 2012, he was Research Fellow at the School of Law of King’s College London. In April 2009, he was awarded with the European Commission’s EU-China Science and Technology Fellowship Programme. In this respect, he did research in academic institutions in mainland China and Hong Kong in the areas of WTO Law, Competition Law and Chinese Law. From 2009 to 2011, he was Research Fellow at the School of Law of the Tsinghua University of Beijing.

His philosophy in the classroom is to give each and every student the best start in their professional career.
Feroz is a qualified Accountant with a special interest in International Financial Reporting. Soon after qualifying, he joined Emile Woolf College of Accountancy in 1978 where he taught on a variety of ACCA and CIMA Professional courses. Feroz joined ARU London in 2002 where he was Principal Lecturer for ACCA Paper P2. He currently teaches International Financial Reporting for MBA programmes.

Christina Yeoh, LLB, LLM, Senior Lecturer
Christina joined ARU London in 2016 and currently holds the position of Senior Lecturer. Christina has a Master’s Degree specialising in Corporate and Commercial Law and her teaching interests include EU Law, Tort, Corporate and Commercial Law.
Prior to joining ARU London, Christina taught at Kaplan Holborn College where she achieved a successful track record of delivering Corporate and Business Law over a range of levels which is evidenced by high pass rates across undergraduate, postgraduate and professional programmes.
Christina is a member of the Society of Legal Scholars. She maintains a keen interest in legal education, in particular problem based learning and pioneering approaches to legal education which support students in developing an extensive range of employability skills
Following seven years’ experience of teaching in higher education, Nishi joined ARU London in October 2015 and lectures across several programmes.
She is particularly interested in how the operational and organisational structure of profit and non-profit organisations impact the execution of their services as well as their feasibility and position in the marketplace.
In addition to teaching Understanding Business, Introduction to Business and Academic Writing, she is also the module leader for Service Operation Management.

Dr. Gbadebo Ogunlami is a lawyer by training with over twenty years consulting and systems development experience. A qualified lawyer and experienced corporate trainer and lecturer, Debo has taught MBA courses in Oil, Gas, Energy and Carbon Management, as well as Carbon Management.
Here at Anglia Ruskin University he is responsible for the Undergraduate Major Projects course as well as Legal Aspects of Business where he teaches business law to non lawyers. Debo was educated at SOAS, and UCL where he obtained his LLB Hours and LLM in international law. He obtain his Ph.D from University of Dundee and an MBA in Corporate Finance from Middlesex Business School. Before entering the educational sector Debo held COO and Director level positions in several large companies after training with Price Waterhouse in London.
Ed joined Anglia Ruskin University as a Senior Lecturer in September 2015, prior to which he taught across a number of London business school campuses.
His specialisation lies in the teaching of academic and practical skills. He has previously led teaching in the areas of Advanced Critical Writing, Academic Writing, Study Skills and Computer Literacy. At present, Ed is the module leader for Business Skills and the course manager for the extended degree programme.

Neil Jones, EMBA, BSc (Econ)
Neil has been in the education industry for nearly 30 years teaching and lecturing in a range of private and public sector institutions. His specialised fields are marketing, management and economics.
Neil is also highly experienced in dissertation supervision and has held a number of responsibilities including Vice Principal, course/ module leader, and Director of Marketing . The latter of these roles allowed Neil to travel extensively in Africa, Asia and Eastern Europe. He has also taught in the USA.
Outside of work, Neil is a huge football fan and is a season ticket holder at his beloved West ham United.
Kelly Strong, EMBA
Kelly joined ARUL as a senior lecturer in January 2016, prior to which has extensive teaching experience in International Marketing, Event, Tourism and Business Management.
Kelly is now course leader for both the Events and International Business Management degree programmes. Her diverse background drawn from two decades of professional work within the travel, tourism, and events sector coupled with knowledge and skills drawn from directing a successful business, provides her with a unique platform to draw upon personal industry experience which creates a strong synthesis of theory and practice. This inclusive approach is adopted and embraced to enthuse and encourage students.
Kelly completed her EMBA in July 2014 and is currently seeking fellowship of the Higher Education Academy. Her research interests lie in the value that events and hospitality organisations place upon live projects.

Sheila is a graduate of the London School of Economics and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
She specialises in Contract Law, Company Law and Insolvency Law and has published widely on these subjects, including the following books: Applied Business Law (icsa publishing), International Governance (Cengage publishing), Comparative Company Law (Cengage publishing), Company Law (co written with Tom Mortimer) (Pearson Publishing), Charlesworth’s Company Law (chapter on partnership law) (Sweet & Maxwell.)
Sheila is also the Chief Examiner for Applied Business Law at the icsa and is external examiner for the University of East London and external examiner for the Law of Contract at the Council of Licensed Conveyancers.
Sheila was a senior academic at Anglia Ruskin University for over 25 years, where she was the course leader for the LLM in International Business Law and admissions tutor for the LLB. She also taught on the Anglia Ruskin franchised LLB in Malaysia. Sheila is currently lecturing on undergraduate and postgraduate programmes at ARU London.

Following the attainments of academic and professional qualifications, Joseph worked with National and Multilateral Financial Institutions as Financial Analyst, Company Secretary and with a Global Company as Deputy Financial Director.
After several years working with these Organisations, Joseph moved to Higher Educational Institutions performing Senior Academic and Management roles. He has a wealth of experience teaching on the Postgraduate Degree Modules and Supervising Research Students on Doctoral Programmes. With his remarkable years of experience, Joseph also combines the role of Director of PhD Research among with his higher academic activities. Joseph is an External Examiner to two Universities in the Country.
Joseph has published several articles, manuscripts and critical papers in highly rated international journals and given stimulating Papers to distinguished audiences including Academics, Board Members, Judicial and Select Committees of Parliaments from national and International Institutions. Recently, Joseph was appointed an International Reviewer of Journal of Economics and Finance, New York, United States.
Julia Spencer, FCA
Julia has been teaching at Anglia Ruskin University (ARU) since 2004 and joined ARU London in 2012. She teaches auditing and financial accounting on ACCA and undergraduate courses.
Julia is a chartered accountant having trained with Ernst & Young in London, where she worked on a variety of external audits mainly in the insurance, leisure, defence and manufacturing sectors. She later worked in local government for Nottingham City Council; firstly as an internal audit manager and later as a financial advisor in both the Education and Development departments. Julia has also acted in a voluntary capacity as a Governor for a local school, where she chaired the Finance Committee.

During 18 years as a senior academic at Anglia Ruskin University, Tim delivered courses at undergraduate, postgraduate and professional level. As ACCA course leader, he developed this course over a number of years and has close links with this professional body.
Tim had a strong background in accounting practices in London prior to specialising in Corporate Reporting and educating accountants. He has been a FCCA for many years and is a contributor to a broad range of organisations in the accounting education sector.

Dr Ferguson’s career, spanning over 35 years, includes practice in public, voluntary-aided, educational and commercial sector organisations including in a number of United Kingdom National Health Service (NHS) Trusts, medical research, local authority and private sector health and social care organisations and further and higher education institutions.
Dr Ferguson’s academic experience includes academic research in stochastic processes, business studies and health studies at universities in the UK, including at Imperial College London and Middlesex University. He has leadership and lecturing experience on a range of programmes including: health studies, health and social care management, business management, and IT management.
Dr Ferguson has a Masters in learning and technology and is a Fellow of the UK Higher Education Academy. He is the author of several publications including a research methods textbook, “Fundamentals of research: an activity based approach to completing your research project, ISBN 978-0-9928677-0-6”. Among others, his current interests include data analytics, focusing on how big data can be leveraged to improve business performance, individual and public health and human geography

Following on from his previous post as a Programme Leader for Business Management and Information Technology, Aykut joined ARU London as a Senior Lecturer in 2016.
He has over 15 years of industry experience in designing database driven websites with demanding computer graphic applications and a decade long practical teaching experience with an excellent insight into technologically enhanced learning. Recently he was involved in the successful validation process of a new BSc programme of study and development of the related modules ( App development for digital business).
Aykut is a passionate and experienced educator with a specialty in distance learning and online technology enhanced education.

Carmelita has taught at both undergraduate and postgraduate level. Her background in training and passion for learning has enabled her to apply a ‘blended’ learning approach to her pedagogic and andragogic practice.
She brings over 30 years’ experience of local government working within L&D, Children’s Services, Human Resource Management, Organisational Development and Leadership. Carmelita has championed equality, diversity and inclusion and has applied these principles throughout her career and her teaching practice. Her research experience in partnership with Professor Beverly Alimo Metcalfe and Juliette Alban Metcalfe includes Perceptions and Prospects. The first UK study investigating the differential findings from 360 degree feedback reports, in terms of ethnicity, gender disability and the career aspirations of Black and white managers in local government. Carmelita is the module leader for the Health Care Professional, Introduction to Health and Social Care and Managing the Employment Relationship.
Martin joined ARUL as a lecturer in business and finance in 2015.
His career began in merchant banking in the City of London, following which he spent about fifteen years in the Gulf, firstly as a senior manager at a pan-Arab investment company in Riyadh and later as an advisor on direct equity investments at the KIA, the wealth management fund of the Kuwaiti government. He continues to work in an advisory capacity with a small group of private Saudi investors.
Martin read history and philosophy at the University of East Anglia, law at the University of Oxford and holds an MBA from the IMD business school in Lausanne.

A professional marketer and entrepreneur with over 20 years’ experience in developing and marketing alternative energy technologies and products.
Chris has also served as a consultant and held directorships of solar technology companies in Europe, Africa and South America.
Alongside his international business activities Chris has developed a track record in academia spanning nearly 20 years, lecturing in a number of universities and colleges in the UK. Two of Chris’s students have won the best paper worldwide with the Chartered Institute of Marketing (Integrated Marketing Communications) and the CAM Foundation (Marketing & Consumer Behaviour). He therefore brings to his students a rich blend of academic and industry experience.

Mark Cleary has published in economics, financial markets and international business. He is Senior Examiner for the Association of Corporate Treasurers in Risk Analysis and Management and has acted as a Senior Examiner for several British universities.
As well as being an academic Mark works as a practising investment economist for a large multinational insurance company. He is a former Treasury Analyst and Chief FX dealer for a large multinational company. Mark is an active member of the Society of Business Economists and frequently contributes to their journal.

Ian has held a wide range of accounting and strategy roles in the UK public sector, particularly within local government.
He has contributed to publications on local government finance and financial strategy. He regularly trains public sector staff and local elected representatives in financial strategy issues.

Mark Stannard, BA (Hons), MA
Mark Stannard, BA (Hons) in German Language and European Literature and MA in Linguistics, is a Senior Lecturer in Academic Research and Writing.
From 1979 to 1984, Mark taught German, French and English at secondary school level, after which he re-trained to teach English as a foreign language to adults. Mark moved to Spain, where he was Director of his own English Language Academy for 20 years. Mark subsequently came back to England in 2005 and after teaching English for a year in Oxford Street, London, he became a Skills and English lecturer at Kaplan Holborn College. Mark now delivers seminars and lectures at ARUL in Academic Writing and Research at Foundation Level.
Prior to becoming a lecturer in 2004, Dele had worked in different industries for over twenty years, including various roles at a senior management level.
He also successfully managed his own business for a couple of years. This varied business experience enables him to bring real world expertise into the classroom and puts him in good stead to draw from practical situations while lecturing.
Dele is a member of The Chartered Institute of Marketing and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. His expertise lies in dealing in financial markets.

John joined ARU London in February 2016 with a mandate to establish a suite of postgraduate degrees.
He has extensive teaching and programme leadership experience in UK universities including: London Metropolitan University, University of Hull, University of Plymouth and Queen Mary University. John has acted as an External Examiner for the University of Huddersfield. He is passionate about teaching management, widening access to higher education and promoting social mobility.
John holds degrees from University College, London; King’s College, London and the Institute of American Studies; and the London School of Economics. He has a PGCE from Goldsmiths, London. John was awarded a Leverhulme Scholarship at King’s College and the Lawrence Atwell Scholarship at the LSE. He has delivered presentations on management at numerous international conferences. John also has considerable experience in advising entrepreneurs and is presently an angel investor in four start-up internet businesses.
Sonia Ozkaya, MA
Sonia has worked both in the British National Health Service (NHS) and in primary care in the UK for over a decade.
Following this she entered higher education where she has been for the past 9 years. She has lectured-on and led health and social care programmes in a number of institutions.
Student engagement and student support are areas of major interest for Sonia; to underlie this interest Sonia took some time away from her teaching role to lead the setting up of a student centre and work as a welfare officer before handing over the service and returning to teaching. Her wide ranging experience practice enables Sonia to deliver learning content in an exciting, stimulating and practice informed manner

Following 30 years in a range of Health & Social Care management positions, including service manager, trainer, management consultant and Human Resources manager, Marion now operates her own business as a trainer/consultant, providing management training and consultancy services to public and private sector clients.
Since establishing her business, Marion has worked as an Interim Manager for PCTs and Local Authorities, applying her wealth of knowledge within the sector and undertaking specific projects for both public & private sector organisations.
Marion’s teaching delivery and experience ranges across Health and Social Care Management, Management & Business, Hospitality and CIPD professional courses for Universities, Colleges and includes delivering for organisations specific In-House Courses.

Kai Beswick, DMS MBA PGCE QTS FCMI
Kai worked in business & industry in the engineering sector for 22 years as a senior manager and company director before entering education during the early 2000’s. He has recent strategic management experience both as a consultant and practitioner.
A Senior Lecturer for the last ten years, he has designed, managed and taught on a range of undergraduate, specialist masters, MBA and employer bespoke programmes working with experienced managers both in the UK and overseas. A fully qualified and experienced teacher, he now heads up an educational consultancy working with a number of universities and colleges in the UK, providing educational advice and support. He has wide experience of course design and higher education quality assurance, management and validation procedures. He also acted as professional mentor for school teachers during their initial teacher training for several years.
Kai has a postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies, MBA with Distinction, PGCE with QTS and is currently studying for a PhD in Management at Hull University Business School. A former university External Examiner, he was until recently Chair of Governors at a primary school and a director of a local childcare provider. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, a Member of the British Academy of Management and is registered with the Teaching Agency. His research interests include examining the future direction of UK business schools viewed through a Critical Management Studies lens.
Alison joined ARU London in September 2017 as a Senior Lecturer in Public Health and Social Care.
Alison has a Masters in Gender and Society and a Masters in Social Work.
Alison worked as a social worker with adults with disabilities in Islington and Hackney before she became a lecturer.
Alison is chair of the board of a small charity called Toucan Employment that finds work for people with learning disabilities in London.
Ukent Milwood, Exe MBA
Ukent holds an Executive MBA from Plymouth University. He joined ARU London as a lecturer in 2017 having galvanised over 30 years’ experience working in various leadership roles across the voluntary and community sector, local government and the NHS.
He has led a number of national initiatives aimed at improving the life chances of children, young people, and families who are identified as being marginalised or at risk of social exclusion.
As well as running his own management consultancy business, he has developed a range of training and mentoring programmes aimed at developing small to medium sized businesses. Ukent was the National Coordinator for Education Success and worked with educationalists across the United Kingdom to develop strategies for improving the education attainment of ethnic minorities in schools. He has a keen interest in practice based learning in Health and Social Care. Anne Saliu, MSc, PGCHE, FHEA, MBCS
Anne Saliu has worked extensively in a number of higher education institutions within the UK over the last 12 years.
Her three broad areas of academic interest include the Strategic Use of Information Systems, Knowledge Management and Database Management.
Anne is a committed module leader for both Business Information Systems and Information Systems and Data Management at ARU London. Anne is a passionate Londoner with a diaspora heritage and regularly draws on these dispositions to devise learning experiences that are relevant and engaging for students.
She is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, and a Member of the British Computing Society.
Anne has also acted in a voluntary capacity as a Vice chair of Governors for a local school, where she chaired the ICT Committee.

Dr. Kenny Tang holds a PhD in Business Strategy from the Judge Business School at Cambridge University and an MSc from Oxford University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder – the leading professional qualification for investment banking and asset management - of the CFA Institute, USA.
He has previously worked in investment banking for the Union Bank of Switzerland, and in strategy consulting for KPMG and Stern Stewart – the creators of Economic Value Added. He is a Professor of Practice at the Hult International Business School with campuses in London, Boston, San Francisco, Dubai and Shanghai.
Kenny has authored a number of thought leadership books in strategy, finance and climate change including:

(2) YUANomics – Offshoring the Chinese Currency – A Guide for Investors and Hedge Funds,

Philippa joined ARUL as a senior lecturer in September 2017 on the Tourism, Hospitality and Events degree programmes. Her motivation to teach stems from her own career experience, following 15 years of professional work within the travel, hospitality and events industries.
This experience provides her with a unique platform to draw upon industry experience which creates a strong synthesis of theory and practice. This inclusive approach is adopted and embraced to enthuse and encourage students.
Philippa is particularly interested in hospitality and venue management as well as the importance of Live Projects to organisations.
Louise joined ARU London as a Senior Lecturer in September, 2017.
She is an Academic English specialist with over twenty five years of teaching experience including various universities in the UK and Asia. Her areas of specialism include exam writing and assessment, syllabus design, materials development which all incorporate research undertaken on motivation and learning styles. She is also a successfully published author having co-written four textbooks, contributed to one other and written three academic papers. She brings to her new post a combination of vast expertise, experience and enthusiasm validated by solid and relevant academic qualifications.

Rachael Derrick, MA, DELTA, CELTA, BA (Hons)
Following on from her previous position as Head of Department for Learning and Skills, Rachael joined ARU London as a Senior Lecturer in January, 2017.
A graduate from Exeter university in Modern Languages, she is a tri-lingual education professional with almost 30 years’ teaching experience, 15 of which have been in the area of Academic Literacy in a number of European and UK universities. She has specialised in teaching and learning theory, and has designed and had validated numerous Foundation and university English Language programmes for both domestic and international students, as well as developing EAP and ESAP modules for students of law, business, science and engineering, psychology, and humanities.
Whilst living abroad she founded a translation and language training company in Germany specialising in technical and business English, and then went on to found and run a language school and translation business in Spain in 2005.
Rachael has research interests in adult learning motivation, and widening participation / non-traditional entry students entering and progressing in UK Higher Education institutions. She is a passionate classroom practitioner, teacher, lecturer, academic mentor and course developer.
Winsome Odusina is the module lead for ‘Ethics and Values in Health and Social Care’ along with ‘Understanding Business’.
With over 30 years’ experience in local government and the independent sector, she has worked as a manager as well as an independent management consultant and trainer.
Winsome’s has specialised in local government and charity finance, equality, diversity inclusion as well as team, personal and management development. She has worked on significant community development initiatives such as the regeneration of Marsh Farm in Luton and White City Estate. For the last 20 years she has also worked in higher and further education settings, lecturing at both undergraduates and postgraduate levels.

Silvia joined ARU London with a diverse array of qualifications & experiences: BSc Behavioural Science;BA law; MPhil Cambridge University.
Her wide international experiences cross 3 continents: She headed the Industrial relations at Singapore University, setting up joint ventures and worked with la Mission de Coopération en Afrique,Niger; Service de Santé Navale; Ministère de la Défense; Bordeaux, France.
She was attached to the United Nations, Development Program, Copenhagen. Denmark where she worked as a Procurer for UNDP & World Bank.
Other research work includes NHS & the MRC Cambridge. Her particular achievement was at the Cancer Genetic Unit, Cambridge University linking ATM gene with BRAC 1 & 2 as precursor for Breast & Prostate Cancer leading to the publication of Cancer Risks and Mortality in Heterozygous ATM Mutation Carriers in the Journal of the National Cancer Institute.
Silvia has been Course leader for Business & Law and lead IQA, she now is module lead for ITB.
Tex Dunstan works at the interfaces of digital media, computing and business.
An academic and entrepreneur with over twenty years experience as a leader, teacher, mentor and award winning business owner, he has delivered work and projects of substantial significance, complexity and risk with vision, dexterity and empathy for the customer.
Tex pursues a number of interests in research and advanced professional practice including entrepreneurial attitudes, pedagogy and policy; the use of video as an action research tool; employability; and small business applications of business intelligence and analysis.

Jozefa is a Module Leader for Cross-Cultural Leadership (MSc International Project Management) and International HRM (MBA Healthcare).
Outside of ARUL Jozefa teaches in Madrid on MA Talent Development & HR. When not teaching, Jozefa is a Learning Design Specialist, HR Consultant and an Assessor of Business Excellence and Executive Leadership.
Throughout Jozefa's career she has worked with people in organisations around the world showing them how to adopt an agile approach to learning through effective design and delivery of training content that improves team productivity, leadership capability and quality improvement.
